SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all orders with our logistics partner SEUR. Depending on your location, the shipping time may take:
Spain: 1-3 working days
Europe: 2-6 working days
Once your order has been carefully packed and picked up by SEUR from the METALCRAFT warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

We accept returns or exchanges on stock items in their original, unworn condition up to 10 days after receipt, minus any shipping fees. We
are not responsible for any international shipping, customs fees and taxes.
Do not send any returns to us without notifying us in advance and getting a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We are not responsible for
packages or items that are sent outside of these guidelines.
